Here is the tour plan in brief...
Day 1:
From Karakol, drive into the scenic Karakol Gorge and hike up to a high-altitude camp near Kurgak Tor (3,000 m). Easy ascent, 2–3 hours.
Day 2:
Trek to Ala-Kul Lake, passing waterfalls and glacier views. Cross Ala-Kul Pass (3,800 m), then descend to Keldike Gorge. 6–7 hours.
Day 3:
Walk through Keldike Valley to Altyn Arashan, enjoy hot springs, then return to Karakol by 4x4. Hiking 3–4 hours + 1-hour drive.
